Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

Okay, this may be an odd question considering I have no real need for the spotlight on my 2001 Crown Vic(not that I use it...heh) My spotlight is loose, where I can swivel it up and down, but can't rotate it at all. Also, the round light piece is the loose part; the light doesnt turn on if it limps over at a certain angle. What I need is sum1 who has any experience with the spotlight(or lighting in general) and can give me any info, including the type of bulb it takes. Thanks in advance.
