Post Front Bearing Ford Mustang 

i was wondering...is there a tool to lock/unlock the front bearing locking ring? I've been informed by ford dealers just to use a hammer and screwdriver. This does not give any way of judging when the bearing ring is at correct torque. If a tool is avavilable where can it be obtained?

i'm also wondering if you need a special socket to loosen the wheel bearing nut on these models.
