Post ford bronco chirping 

hello all i am thinking about buying a 1989 bronco 5 speed inline 6/,148,000 miles, it runs great but makes a chirping sound the guy says its the new belt but he also told me he replaced 2 pushrods a year ago which made me worry but like i said it runs great no smoke its very tight what could the chrping sound be???
