Garage Cabinets, Garage Storage, and Garage Organization

We are operating a fleet of 27 Ford Ranger 4x4's in Siberia Russia. Has anyone had experience of operating Rangers in very cold conditions. The current temperature is -25C to -30C (-13F to -22F) and is expected to get as low as -40C (-40F). I am very interested in hearing other peoples experience. I am also looking for any advice on the grade of oil's and lubricants which we should be using in these conditions. The vehicles are fitted with an engine heater which comes on about 2 hours before they are used.
